Are you part of a software development team and looking to improve collaboration? In this workshop, we’ll explore the role of psychological safety in building strong and effective teams—especially in software development.
Format:
Interactive online workshop
What to expect:
- Insights into psychological safety and its impact on team performance
- Self-reflection, exchange of perspectives, and group discussions
- A model to help you understand key factors shaping team dynamics
- Practical formats to foster trust and commitment—some of which we will explore together, while others you can take back and apply in your own team
Rather than providing one-size-fits-all solutions, this workshop encourages participants to develop their own approaches that fit their unique team dynamics.
At the end of the session, participants are invited to extend their learning by staying for an informal discussion amongst the participants.
Learning objectives
By the end of this session, participants will have concrete ideas on how to foster motivation and improve collaboration within their teams.
