  • Why describing computational environment matters for reproducibility?

  • What is viable for virtual environments now?

  • How to use Pixi to manage dependencies and consistent environments.

  • Create a new virtual environment

  • Configure the new virtual environment

  • Share the new virtual environment

Prerequisites

  • Basic knowledge of the command line

  • Basic knowledge of Git

  • An account in a Git hosting, e.g. Codeberg, GitLab, GitHub
