Registration and payment
Places are reserved on a first come-first served basis. Early registration is advised to avoid disappointment.
Once we have processed your registration, an invoice will be sent to the email address(es) that you give in the form. Your training place is not confirmed until payment has been received.
We will be in touch about any special requests for training delivery or materials as soon as possible. Pre-course materials will be sent at least one week before the course starts.
Note: this is an in-person event only.
Cancellation/refund policy
If you find that your circumstances change and you need to cancel your training place, we will refund your course fees if you provide at least 14 days' notice. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund if you give us less than 14 days’ notice, but we will attempt to place you on another suitable course wherever possible.
