Join us for a 2-hour interactive online workshop designed to enhance your skills in giving and receiving negative feedback. 

We will start by exploring how we personally handle negative feedback and how we can further develop this skill. 

Participants will then practice giving negative feedback using established guidelines. 

In practical exercises, you'll experience both sides—delivering and receiving feedback.

This workshop provides a safe space to develop your communication skills and build confidence in handling feedback.
